Volito Industri announces the acquisition of Load Indicator System AB (LISAB), a family-owned company based in Varberg/Gothenburg, Sweden, specialising in sensor technologies and measurement solutions for industrial applications. The acquisition marks another important step in the continued development of Volito Industri’s Industrial Solutions business unit and further strengthens the Group’s position in the Nordic market.
For decades, LISAB has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner to industrial customers, providing advanced sensor technologies, measurement solutions, and application expertise. In addition to representing leading international suppliers, the company has developed its own products and solutions, creating a strong foundation for continued growth and innovation.
