Volito Industri Acquires ICS and Strengthens Its Nordic Industrial Solutions Platform

Volito Industri announces the acquisition of ICS Instrument & Calibration Sweden AB (ICS), a specialist provider of accredited calibration and technical service solutions based in Gislaved, Sweden. The acquisition further strengthens Volito Industri’s Industrial Solutions business unit and marks another important step in the Group’s long-term development within advanced industrial services and solutions.
Founded in 1994, ICS has built a strong position in the Swedish market through its expertise in calibration, service, and technical support for industrial measurement and testing equipment. Accredited by Swedac, the company serves a broad industrial customer base with a strong focus on quality, precision, and long-term customer relationships.
The acquisition is a highly complementary addition to Volito Industri’s Industrial Solutions operations, particularly alongside Kvalitest Industrial. Together, the companies create a stronger Nordic offering by combining advanced testing and measurement equipment with accredited service, calibration, and aftermarket support.
ICS brings highly specialised competence, strong customer relationships, and extensive experience within accredited calibration and technical service. Together with Kvalitest, we can offer customers a broader and more integrated solution while creating new opportunities for collaboration and long-term growth across the business unit.
With operations in both Sweden and Finland, Volito Industri continues to strengthen its Nordic presence through complementary capabilities, local expertise, and decentralized entrepreneurship.
ICS employs six people and has established a strong reputation for technical expertise, responsiveness, and high service quality.
