Our history

Volito Industri's journey began in 2009 with the founding of HydX and a clear ambition: to build strong technology and industrial companies with a long-term perspective. Through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, the business has grown from a hydraulics specialist into a Nordic industrial group with leading positions across several technology areas.

Although the Group has grown, our founding idea remains the same. We invest in and develop companies with the next generation in mind and strive to create value across generations. Today, Volito Industri consists of three business units — Motion & Drives, Automation & Electrification Technologies and Industrial Solutions — which together contribute to a more productive, safe and sustainable industry.
